Staar Card Terms and Conditions
- The Staar Card scheme is promoted by Staar Productions Limited (PO Box 39425, London SE3 8WY). Anyone who registers their details can join. All Staar Cards belong to Staar Productions Limited.
- Staar Productions are at liberty to change the number of points collected on bookings and services included in the scheme. Notice of this will be given on www.staarproductions.com.
- Points will only be awarded on balance payment of your booking – please ensure that you quote your unique Staar Card Membership number at time of booking. Points allocation is not automatic.
- Reward points are not available on promotional bookings or delivery charges.
- If you forget to quote your Staar Card Membership number at the time of booking please let us know as soon as possible so that your points can be added to your account.
- Staar Productions are at liberty to change terms & conditions of the scheme at any time. Notice will always be given of this on www.staarproductions.com. You can get the latest terms & conditions by calling 020 8854 9848 or by writing to Staar Productions Limited, PO Box 39425, London SE3 8SN.
- Staar can substitute or remove products and services available for points collection and redemption at any time.
- You will receive points on qualifying bookings at a rate of 1000 points per every £1000.00, exclusive of VAT, per spend. For bookings less than £1000.00 points will be rewarded at a rate of 1 point per £1.00 spend with a point value of 0.01 pence per point.
- Staar Card reward points cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounts towards future bookings will be rewarded at 1 point per £1.00 spend, exclusive of VAT, per spend. Points towards discounts are only redeemable at 5000 points.
- Vouchers towards products and services from www.buyagift.com will be rewarded at 1 point per £1.00 spend, exclusive of VAT, per spend. Points towards vouchers are only redeemable at 5000 points.
- The Staar Card can either be used as a personal card for collection of incentive rewards points or as a company card towards discounts on future bookings.
- You cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service. You must collect the full amount of points needed for the product you choose. These will be deducted from the total on your card/account.
- Staar Productions Limited can cancel or withdraw the scheme or any individual card at any time.
- To redeem your points simply call 020 8854 9848 or email info@staarproductions.com for an account balance and request your product or service voucher.
