Do you have public liability insurance?
Staar Productions holds a comprehensive combined Liability and Professional Indemnity cover up to £5,000,000.00. Our insurance policy covers any artiste who works under a Staar Productions Limited contract.
Are all your artistes insured and have up to date PAT certificates?
As part of our artiste vetting service we ensure that all our artistes are covered with their own Public Liability insurance and have up to date PAT certificates for any mobile electrical equipment which is checked and kept on file. We do not use artistes who cannot comply with these requests.
Do you prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements if required?
Yes, we offer all our clients a free Risk Assessment and Method Statement service together with site visits and any other pre-event management that is required.
Are you expensive?
Are prices are very competitive and we try to work with the client's budget rather than having a set profit margin. For this reason alone each we offer every client a bespoke proposal service where services are built around the client's brief, the venue and budget.
Are you a recommended supplier to the venue where we wish to hold our event?
Staar Productions is recommended supplier to many venues in and around London. However, should we not be able to provide entertainment at the venue of your choice we would be able to work alongside the nominated suppliers.
Is Staar Productions VAT registered?
Yes we are – 17.5% will be added to every quote that is given by Staar Productions Limited.
How long can I expect to wait for my enquiry to be dealt with?
We strive to have a proposal built and sent back to the client within 4 hours (subject to the time we receive the initial brief).
